Delivery periods and conditions of HQcoating

COLOURS AND VARNISHES

2 to 3 weeks after delivery of the materials to be processed by the customer.

SATIN AND TEXTURED LACQUER

3 to 4 weeks after delivery of the materials to be processed by the customer.

POWDER COATING

Colour from our basic range

4 to 5 weeks after the customer has ordered the chosen materials.

Colour outside our basic range

Six to eight weeks after delivery of the materials to be processed by the customer.

Each delivery period is lengthened by one week if the colour is changed at the request of the customer within a period of five workdays after delivery by the customer of the materials to be processed. The delivery period is indicative and it being exceeded cannot be considered as breach of contract; subject to unreasonably exceeding the delivery period.

THE MATERIALS TO BE PROCESSED

These are supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
For powder coating we only use one specific MDF, being MDF EGGER MBPL

If the customer supplies another material we cannot be held responsible for any shortcomings in the final result with this powder coating.

All materials to be processed must be pre-sanded and fully grease- and silicone-free. The materials must also be sorted in the correct way before delivery to the coater. The suspension points must be applied by the customer in consultation with the coater.
